Nice pool, parking on site. Newly decorated and generous sized room, large bed and quiet in the evenings. Great meals. Excellent location to the Water Tower Place mall and awesome area.

I liked the high-class and absolutely fantastic hotel.

Incredible central location not far from many areas, and Chicago. There was Auntie Anne's nearby, offering quick meals. King room was stocked, the beds were large. Plus it had a breathtaking view of the lake.

Reasonably large and fully renovated room provided with double beds as well as nice amenities. Early check-in, superfriendly employees.

Marvellous location in new area, right by downtown, millennium park, old town on the other side. Easy walk to Water Tower. Spotlessly clean room with central heating, pay television, and a safe box; and with chic decor.

Area is particularly great and near old town on the other side, the large Water Tower shopping mall and the restaurant on the main level. The rooms are large and fully renovated and generally offer central heating, pay television, and a safe box. Fully equipped bathroom is luxurious.

Favourable, fantastic location in Magnificent Mile district not far from Chicago instead of the Ritz and the huge lake next door and the MCA Modern art museum.

Great location on the Magnificent Mile, attached to shops and close to restaurants. The lobby bar and steakhouse are tastefully done and perfect for meetings. The guest rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Good water pressure, internet, and sleep quality. I highly recommend this hotel.

Newly decorated and generous sized rooms on the 28th, and nice pool. All in all magnificent setting near to fantastic bars and several shops / great restaurants and the fitness center. Also, the next mall.

Location so close to Chicago and the restaurants General Manager and Ritz Carlton's wonderful, caring sommelier, Pierre Lasserre. Breakfast with smoked salmon and soup, as example.

The view and bed are awesome. The room is spacious for mobility devices. Near the elevator. The reception person quickly changed our room. The bellman stored our bags. The doorman found a cab promptly.

Traveling with my (adult) son, I wanted to indulge a little and we went probably for the best place in Chicago. The hotel is perfectly located, it's high class, close to shopping and to animated nightlife. Hotel staff is very friendly and professional.

When booking the room I have specifically asked for 2 beds in the bedroom. None were available when arriving. With an extra $100 we ended up in a suite with a sofa as a second (uncomfortable) bed.

Is a huge disappointment after Ritz Carlton's in Europe

Room was recently refurbished and generous-sized and fairly clean.

A minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control in the room, magnificent location. Hospitable, very attentive people working here.

The bed, the view, the lobby, the staff, the chocolate strawberries, the hot tub.

Not one thing.

Favourable location in a new area just off the the Navy Pier, and Millennium park and the loop. Fully renovated, nicely updated rooms and large bathrooms.

Beds were too high.
